Box of Joy
Psalms 150:6 Psalm 147:1 John 16:24 Philippians 4:4 Chirp Chirp Chirp sings the sweet little bird in the tree. Each note of her lovely song wafting in the breeze. She sings with Joy to God her creator. As Psalms 150 verse 6 proclaims “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!” Worship brings Joy. Singing alone isn’t worship by any means but the song that is recanting the soul’s love and longing for God is music in His ears. As a pianist, keyboard player and songwriter I love this part of worship. “Praise the Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God; For it is pleasant, and praise is beautiful.” Psalms 147:1 NKJV When we open our mouth with sincere heart felt songs and adoration Joy leaps back to life.
